Here’s a quick summary for beginners on how to create a page as a band / musician and my favorite app for musicians when you post your Facebook profile!
- Profile configuration
- Create a group artist profile
- Click on the third button below, it says: artist, band or public figure
a drop-down menu will appear. Group Select this if you are a band or musician, if you play solo or want to create a solo page (you can create as many as you want so you can create one for yourself and one for your group). Enter your name your page and select Create Page. You’re going to the competition now!
The rest is pretty self-explanatory – for photos and descriptions, you upload your main user icon, resume, group members, and photos.
Click Create Page Now you’re live and ready to add apps!
What is an Apo? It’s an app shortcut, and it’s just a great extra tool you can add to your page to display features like music, photos, and videos.
